> Banners depicting the incorporation of Harrow and Colchester South with various themes installed on poles throughout the towns.
> Chamber of Commerce sign and a events sign put up facing Queen street- clearly visible to all entering Harrow from Queen street.
> Completed the tourist and visitors kiosk with maps and directory of attractions for all to view next to the Post Office.
> Decorated wine barrels were placed in the Town of Harrow and Colchester South.
> Brochure with map of Town of Essex, Harrow, Mcgregor and Colchester South was completed.
> Side walk and yard sale was held on 18 to 20 July 2008 in the Town of Harrow
> Lighting of the Christmas Tree was held on 6 December 2008 prior to the Kinsmen parade.
> Continue to honour two outstanding students graduating from Harrow High school with bursaries of $500.00 each.
> Upgraded the Wine & Cheese festival by moving to the Agricultural Building in Harrow.
> Provided assistance to the Harrow Health Centre to the tune of $1000 for 5 years.
